To be eligible for exchange or return, your product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Returns & exchange are only accepted for items that are wrong(different colour/size).

You don’t need to pay extra delivery charges to return as we accept it will be our fault under above mentioned circumstances.

We ensure the delivery after multiple quality check making it nearly impossible for the product to be stained or torn. Being at safer side  make sure you make full video of unboxing your product so that you can claim your complaint with a proof. 

(Without a video proof we will strictly not approve your return or exchange. As generally people intentionally/unintentionally damage the product.)
